Dr. Giga Adamia
Asst. Prof., Ph.D., LL.M., LL.M., LL.B.,
Dr. Giga Adamia is a highly skilled legal professional with expertise in civil law, corporate law, competition law, and regulatory frameworks. Holding an LL.M. in German Law from the University of Cologne and a master’s in Comparative Private Law from New Vision University, Dr. Adamia has also earned several research scholarships, enhancing his academic and professional contributions.
Fluent in Georgian, English, and German, he has gained international experience through internships with the Austrian Competition Authority and Federal Competition Authority of Germany, as well as roles at Petersen Hardraht Pruggmeyer law office in Dresden, Germany and Bezirkshauptmannschaft Innsbruck.
Dr. Adamia is committed to providing clients with strategic legal counsel, backed by a deep understanding of corporate governance, market competition, and regulatory compliance. He also teaches and conducts research, shaping legal discourse in areas such as intellectual property and EU competition law.
