Dr. Adamia graduated with honors from Tbilisi State University (TSU) before continuing his legal education in Germany, earning an LL.M. in German Law from the University of Cologne, Germany. He later pursued a second master’s degree in Comparative Private Law from New Vision University.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Adamia has been awarded several prestigious research scholarships, further enhancing his expertise in law and contributing to his in-depth understanding of complex legal issues.

His international experience includes legal internships at the Austrian Competition Authority in Vienna and the Federal Competition Authority of Germany in Bonn, where he gained hands-on expertise in competition law enforcement. He also interned at Petersen Hardraht Pruggmeyer, a legal firm in Dresden, Germany, and at Bezirkshauptmannschaft Innsbruck in Austria, further strengthening his legal background in European jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, Dr. Adamia held various positions at Competition Agency of Georgia, gaining valuable insight into competition law, public administration and governance.
